Kiss of Silk currently ships within the United States via UPS.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Time

After shipment, most orders arrive within 1–5 business days.Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.Orders of $125 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by UPS, responsibility for transportation transfers to the shipping carrier.Kiss of Silk is not liable for shipping delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit or after delivery.Customers must file claims directly with UPS for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment. File a claim here

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to Kiss of Silk by UPS as undeliverable may be refunded for the product purchase price once received and inspected.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.If the customer would like the order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of handcrafted skincare, bath, body, fragrance, and cosmetic products, all sales are final.

Kiss of Silk does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Opened or used products

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing.

Cancellations

At Kiss of Silk, each order begins preparation shortly after it is placed. 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.

Processing begins when shipping materials are prepared, including the printing of a shipping label or packing slip.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be:

  • canceled

  • modified

  • combined with another order

  • changed to a different fragrance or product

  • refunded

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
